Outstanding, Danny was very helpful and thorough in explaining what I needed to do.
Especially in regards to the sites terms regarding complaints. I must admit that I am always in such a rush to do whatever I am doing and I never read the terms. If everyone at Ask Gamblers is like Danny I see why everyone speaks so highly of this site.

Zoya was absolutely AMAZING!!
Had a genuine degree of empathy and understanding, which I considered to be above and beyond what I have ever experienced, in any 'company' I absolutely have to applaud her. I also would ask that she PLEASE be recognised in some way, from a manager, the email correspondence between us be looked at, for any training in 'customer service' Zoya should be used as a PERFECT example of what truly matters to customers. So I thank Zoya for making me feel like a real Person and for taking the time to show you were actually 'listening' Thank you.
