Failing to Withdraw Winnings of 40 BTC

I opened an account with anonymous-casino on 21st of July and made a deposit of 0.45BTC. I managed to win and the same day I requested a withdrawal of 0.35BTC while still having 0.43BTC left on my account. On July 22nd I tried to log in to my account but it said your account is disabled. I wrote a message to anonymous-casino via their website as there is no information how to contact them any other way. They did not reply, so I sent one more email to make sure it reaches them. However, they did not reply to my second email as well. Please see the attached screenshot showing that my account is disabled. Can you Askgamblers please help me reach anonymous-casino? I cannot access my account and the only emails I have received from them were account verification to confirm the link after registration, the email confirmation with my deposit and the one where I had to confirm my cashout address. I have attached the proof for all of these emails.
Please help me as I have a feeling they will be ignoring me.

Hi, I have many accounts with Anonymous Casino. One of my accounts I have a very large balance - about 14000.00. The I tried cashing out I noticed that I was logged out, so I tried logging in with the link I saved. I could not log in with the kink, it would being me to a sign up page. I have sent many emails to support but I have not heard back until yesterday telling me that if I gave the bitcoin wallet address they could locate my account and transfer these funds to another account.
I have many bitcoin addresses with them, so I gave them all the addresses that were in that day in which I made the deposit to the casino. Since supplying Anonymous Casino Support with this info. I have not heard back. I have made a few successful withdrawals and I am very aware how Anonymous Casino works.

HI, on Dec 24th I was playing at a-c.bet, using an auto register account. Which means it's an anonymous account that is not registered to a name. I played, won up to 2btc. When I tried to withdraw my $, it said I need to wait for my deposit to be confirmed. So 1 hour later I tried to log back in and it said my account is disabled. This is ridiculous! I am confident that I did not break any of their terms. I've sent many emails to support but not even 1 response. The amount I was cashing out was 1.9 btc. Please help me resolve this.

Dear AskGamblers please read the other complaints filed against this casino by oyher people. All of these complaints are Uresolved! Well the exact same thing happened to me. Please help me recover my 3.6BTC that this Casino stole from me. After the theft of my money by Anoymous Casino they immediately disabled my account. With my account disabled I'm unable to access and send you my account history. You have my permission to access my account records if these thieves will give them too you. Good luck! I hope your able to get them to return my 3.6BTC they stole and help the other people who filed similar theft reports against Anoymous Casino. If you do a Google search on Anoymous Casino you will find even more complaints about this Casino that are not listed on AskGamblers. Good Luck!" 10. Anonymous Casino Website in bold letters " INSTANT DEPOSITS AND CASHOUTS" not true in my case or others see complaints below and complaints on the internet about Anoymous Casino. 11. Sent them another email telling them to process my withdrawl immediately as promised and any further delay was unacceptable-no response 12. My 3.6BTC was stolen by Anonymous Casino. This is dishonest and unacceptable. 13. Account was disabled-no explanation given 14. Sent the following email to the CEO of SoftSwiss who partners with Anonymous Casino: Hi Sir, I'm writing you to see if you can help me recover 3.6BTC that was taken from my account at Anonymous Casino. They refused to pay my withdrawal request and disabled my account. Researching the internet I discovered that what has happened to me has happened to other people who have played at this casino. They are dishonest and won't pay people who have won a large sum and then disable their account. I know your associated with this casino and I hope you can get them to pay my withdrawal request for 3.6BTC. Also have them explain why my account was disabled. Your a very large company that provides software for Anonymous Casino and I know you won't tolerate this dishonest behaviour by one of your clients. Realize that Anonymous Casino management will probably lie to you if you try to get the facts to my complaint. If you fail to respond then I will conclude that your company does business with and allows dishonest casinos to use your software products. I hope that's not true. January 26 I made a deposit of 0.15 Bitcoin. I got a bonus on your first deposit and play for a long time. When I looked on the wagering requirements, then my wagering was 1%. I canceled a bonus, as I realized that it would be difficult to make bets on more than 40 Bitcoin. After the abolition of bonuses game was good. I won almost 2 Bitcoin, but eventually lost and left the winnings in the amount of 0.75 Bitcoin and ordered a withdrawal. Hi. no payment 2 weeks. I ordered withdrawal 1/26/17, but never received it. Support service is not responding. The amount does not pay 0.75 Bitcoin, which is about $ 800 today!

January 27 I made 2 deposits. I did not play for a long time, the casino game is good. I won some money. I ordered the withdrawal 27.01 I wrote to tech support a few times, but received no response. The casino does not pay out, ignoring a support!!!!! Please pay me to win and give explanations with regards to ignoring support.
